Chapelmede is a seven bedded detached home situated in a quiet location close to Horley Town Centre. Chapelmede is currently undergoing a change and will soon be offering accommodation as a Supported Living scheme.

 All residents are encouraged to participate actively in the day to day running of the home and these facilities available for individual meal preparation and cooking.
