The Atrium, Camberley

 

Two bedroom flat in the centre of Camberley, with good access to local amenities. This first floor flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom. This vacancy is open to Adults with a Learning Disability.

 


Donnington, 73 Whyteleafe Road, Caterham, CR3 5EJ

Donnington is a large detached home, situated in a residential road within five minutes walking distance of the local shops. 

We provide care and support to service users whose primary support need is a learning disability.  Some may have additional support needs, such as autistic spectrum disorder, epilepsy and mental health needs.

 The aim of the home is to enable the service users to lead as independent and fulfilled life as possible, supporting them to maximise their skills to the fullest potential. 


Elm House, Woodward Close, Claygate, Surrey

 

 

Elm House is a 7 bedded unit for young people in transition.  Referrals are taken for young people with a learning disability aged between 18 years and 25 years. The young person may stay for up to but not longer than 3 years. Placements are funded via the Supporting People Programme, tenancies are fixed term. The person MUST be on the housing register for their own borough and there must be an agreement for them to return after the 3 years. No sleep-in staff are provided so young persons must be safe to leave overnight. The house is a detached 9 bedroom house with a large living/dining area, conservatory, kitchen, and utility room. One bedroom is used as a quiet area if the young person wishes some space. There are three bathrooms with toilets and one separate toilet. Off street parking is available.

Young people are assisted with college/work/leisure and social activities. The young people have access to the internet and are encouraged to take part in decision making within the house.

Each young person will have Supporting People funding of up to 25 hours support provided each week to encourage and support them to further independence.


 

Faraday Road, Guildford

 

This property is a two bedroom flat in Guildford, close to the town centre and public transport, Spectrum Leisure Centre and College. The vacancy is on the ground floor flat with shared communal areas and garden. Would suit a person with a learning disability aged between 25 and 35.
